I’m the founder of Talent & Growth, a specialist recruitment partner to high-growth LegalTech companies.
I’ve spent the last 18 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, working at the intersection of sales, go-to-market strategy, and business growth. Today, my focus is singular: helping LegalTech founders and revenue leaders build the teams that scale their businesses.
I bring a commercial mindset to recruitment. I evaluate how people sell complex products, navigate long sales cycles, influence senior stakeholders, and perform in high-growth, high-expectation environments. That’s why my work spans roles across sales, GTM leadership, Legal and commercial functions, with a deep understanding of what actually drives revenue in LegalTech.
